Having for almost 2 years. White patches dissappeared. Only tongue has lessons. The inner tongue. Burning when take moderste spicy and hot water

This is usually not dangerous, but we need to check for vitamin deficiencies or other causes. Avoid very hot or spicy foods, and we’ll do some tests to find the exact cause and help relieve the burning." If you want, I can make an even. —Internal Medicines: 1)Drakshadi Kashayam – 15ml, twice daily with warm water 2)Guduchi Churna – 2 g, twice daily with honey or warm water 3)Triphala Churna – 5 g at night with lukewarm water (for detoxification and gut health) —External / Local Care: Oil Pulling (Kaval/ Gandusha) – Sesame or Coconut oil, 5–10 minutes daily Cooling gargle – Rose water or licorice decoction, 2–3 times/day Avoid spicy, hot, and acidic foods; keep the tongue clean —Dietary Advice: Sweet, cooling foods: milk, ghee, soaked almonds, soft fruits Avoid fried, spicy, sour, and very hot foods Maintain good oral hygiene – investigation CBC Vitamin B12 Iron Ferritin Folate Fasting Blood Sugar HbA1c —Follow-up: Reassess after 2–3 weeks Monitor severity of burning and tongue appearance
