Frequent Urination Concerns - #51749

I don't have prostrate issue but have to go urinal number of times (both during day as well as night). I feel bladder has not emptied. What is the best Ayurvedic pills or medicine, dosage and when should I take it? Please advice.

Detailed Urine test and blood test report are normal. Diabetes is on border level for more than 6 years. I do regular walking after night meals and my weight is 64 kgs, height 5 feet 10 inches. Age 72 years and otherwise very fit. Please recommend some Ayurvedic medicine.
You can try with these medicines for 1 week and get further follow up. 1. Chandraprabha vati 1-1-1 after food 2. Gokshura kadha 10ml - 10ml -10ml with 10ml water after food Include barley water in your daily routine. Avoid cold water.
