Shilajit Oil – increase strength and vitality. Bala Taila – strengthening muscles. Mahanarayan Oil – improve circulation and muscle tone. Kesaradi Oil – rejuvenating properties. use shrigopal tail+baidyanath malla oil for your concern kauchpaak avleh 1 tsf with warm milk Usage Guidelines of oil Do a patch test before use (especially for sensitive skin). Warm the oil before application for better absorption. Apply daily (or 3–4 times/week) for 1–2 months consistently. Massage gently in upward strokes from base to tip (avoid direct glans application). Wash off after 30–60 mins or leave overnight if there's no irritation. Precautions Don’t expect overnight results — effects are subtle and long-term. Hello Jake Start your morning with good yoga time . Try to maintain a good and stress-free atmosphere. Try to have coconut water, sugarcane juice. Rx 1 tsp of narshimha rasayan with milk in early morning. Apply shrigopal tail for massage. Add 10 gm of trivang bhasma+ Praval pisti 10 gm and take pinch of it between the meal. One tab trayodashang guggul.

Oils are being already by my colleague doctors, u should also think for the weekness of muscles, follow below medications and lyfstyle changes. Ashwagandha tab with milk taking at night (improves stamina) 2.Kraunchbeej tablets 1tablet twice after food. Jiva stress free tablet twice a day Daily Food: Keep drinking good amount of water. Increase: Cow milk (boiled with 1–2 crushed almonds), ghee (desi cow ghee), dates, figs, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, moong dal, white rice, pomegranate, bananas (if digestion is good). Avoid: Too much spicy food, sour foods (like pickles, curd at night), cold drinks, excessive tea/coffee, over-exercising. Important: Eat on time, sleep before 10:30 PM. Yoga- Ashwini Mudra, Moola Bandha practice(you can contact yoga instructor or you tube cannels aswell) Light yoga like Bhujangasana (cobra pose), Vajrasana, and Sarvangasana improves energy flow.
