I am dealing with some serious stomach issues lately, and I heard that lassi could be a game changer for digestion?! I mean, I used to love having lassi after meals, but with all this bloating and discomfort, I kinda stopped. I was at this family gathering last week and everyone was raving about how lassi is good for digestion, and it got me thinking, should I give it another shot??? My friend has been saying it helps her feel way better after eating heavy food, but I'm just not sure if I should risk it. I tried a few medications and now the doctor wants me to try probiotics, but honestly, I feel like natural remedies work better—at least for me. So, like, is lassi really that good for digestion? Does it actually help? I’ve read some stuff online, but I don’t know who to trust. Plus, I’m worried if it’ll just make my symptoms worse or if I should stick with it and see how I feel. Would it be better to have it plain or with some fruits? Really need some advice because I want to get my digestion back on track and don’t want to keep experimenting with my body, haha!
