To address gallbladder stones with Ayurveda, consistency is crucial. Resuming the medicine could be beneficial since you’ve seen a reduction already with them. Before restarting, ensure your digestion is robust by balancing your Agni, the digestive fire. Avipathi Choornam is a good idea for cleansing the stomach, especially beneficial for pitta-type problems, like gallstones. Take 1 to 2 teaspoons of Avipathi Choornam with warm water early in the morning on an empty stomach once a week for detoxification. Monitor your body’s response as it can have a laxative effect.

After the cleanse, you can consider resuming your previous medicine, but consult your Ayurvedic practitioner to ensure dosage and medication are suited for your current condition. Aside from that, focus on a pitta-pacifying diet. Avoid hot, spicy, and oily foods. Favor cool, soothing items like coconut water, rice, and milk. Drink plenty of warm water infused with lime, which can also aid in cleansing the body.

Make lifestyle adjustments aimed at reducing pitta aggravation - avoid excessive heat exposure and keep stress levels low, as they can exacerbate gallbladder issues. Yoga and pranayama such as nadi shodhana and seetali can also help maintain balance and promote health.

Remember, gallstones may require different levels of care depending on their size and your symptoms. If symptoms are severe or if there’s any doubt about the condition, seek immediate medical consultation. While Ayurveda works wonders for many, it’s essential to ensure your safety with expert guidance whenever needed.

The reduction in the size of your gallbladder stone suggests some improvement, but it’s crucial to keep consulting with an experienced practitioner. Since you have stopped the medicine for three months, it may be helpful to resume, but always under a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner’s guidance to ensure safety. When it comes to Avipathi Choornam, it can be a beneficial cleansing agent known for balancing pitta dosha, especially in the gastrointestinal tract. However, use it carefully and it may not be directly effective in reducing stone size, instead, it helps in detoxification.

Take about 5 to 10 grams of Avipathi Choornam mixed with warm water or honey on an empty stomach in the morning. Do this for about a week but monitor your body’s response closely. Pay attention to your diet too - emphasizing warm, easily digestible foods and avoiding fatty, acidic, and spicy intake which can imbalance pitta and lead to the formation of more stones.

For continuous management of the gallbladder stones, consider Triphala which helps in managing digestive issues and Metablic health. Start with 1 teaspoon mixed in warm water before bedtime. It balances the doshas and aids in detoxification and digestion. Ensure you have sufficient water intake and maintain regular physical activity to improve digestive fire.

Avoid strenuous detox plans as they might cause strain. Regularly check your condition through ultrasound or prescribed imaging to track your stone’s size If discomfort persists or increases, or if you experience severe abdominal pain, jaundice, or fever, seek immediate medical attention as these can be signs of complications that need urgent care.
