dobar dan, imam 37 godina, žensko sam. U zadnje vrijeme konstantno sam umorna, čak imam osjećaj da sve više zaboravljam stvari, i u toku dana mi se konstantno spava i u nekoj magli sam uvijek.Feces mi je rijeđi u zadnje vrijeme, isto da nikad nemam osjećaj da je rektum ispražnjen u potpunosti. Napuhana sam. Nemam energije. Zadnjih mjesec dana dosta kose mi je otpalo. Menstruacija je redovna.

Vaši simptomi mogu ukazivati na neravnoteže u vašem dosha profilu, posebno moguće poremećaj Vata doshe koja upravlja mentalnom aktivnošću i probavom. Umor, zaboravnost, probavni problemi poput nadutosti i neenergičnost često se povezuju s Vata disbalansom.

Prvo što bih preporučila je regulacija dnevne rutine. Pokušajte svaku noć odlaziti na spavanje istovremeno, po mogućnosti do 22 sata, kako bi se cirkadijanski ritam uskladio.
