I am feeling kind of lost searching for info on how to use isabgol. Lately, I've been dealing with some serious digestive issues, like constipation and bloating, and my friend suggested trying isabgol. I started taking it a few days ago, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. The box says mix one or two teaspoons with water, but I tried that and it got really thick and weird super fast. I read somewhere that you have to drink it with enough water or something because otherwise it can just sit there in your stomach? That’s what I've been worried about. I also heard that some people mix it with yogurt or something to make it easier to take. Is that a good idea or does that change how to use isabgol? Also, what's the best time to take it? I have been trying it at night, but maybe morning’s better? It's only been a few days, but I guess I'm anxious to see results. If any of you guys have experiences or tips on how to use isabgol properly, I’d really appreciate any advice! I just want to keep my digestion in check and feel normal again. Thanks!
