I am really confused about some health issues I’ve been having lately. My friend mentioned mulethi powder and said it could help, but I'm not sure what it is actually. She said it has tons of benefits like soothing throat problems and digestion issues, but I just don't know what is mulethi powder! Last week I had this awful sore throat, kinda like it was burning, and I’ve been having some bloating that’s driving me nuts. I tried sipping on some herbal tea, and my friend suggested adding this mulethi powder to it, but I had to look it up first because I didn’t want to use something I wasn’t sure about. I’ve read it’s good for coughs too but, like, how much should I use? What is mulethi powder actually made from and are there any side effects I should know about? I’m just looking for something natural to help me out, you know? Also, how do you even take mulethi powder? Do I just mix it in hot water or something? Appreciate any help!
