I am really curious but also a bit confused about what is arya. About a month ago, I started feeling super sluggish, like no energy at all, and everything felt off. A friend mentioned something about "arya" as a way of approaching wellness naturally, like there’s more to it than just herbs or oils, which got me thinking. I’ve been trying all sorts of diets, but nothing seems to work, and now I’m wondering if there’s something specific behind this. So, I did some digging, but honestly, not much came up. What I found indicated that arya might be tied to some ancient practices? Not sure. I’ve been reading on Ayurvedic principles, and they seem to hint that understanding what "arya" means could really change how I tackle these health issues.
