Addressing multiple health concerns like cartilage issues, circulation, bowel movement regularity, and fatty liver—especially with C.R.E.S.T. Syndrome Scleroderma—requires a balanced approach focusing on overall dosha balance, especially Vata and Pitta, which can influence these conditions.

For knee cartilage support, incorporate Ayurvedic herbs such as Ashwagandha and Shatavari. These herbs are traditionally known to support tissue healing and reconstitution. You might make a daily mix with equal parts of these powdered herbs, taking a teaspoon twice a day with warm milk or water. Avoid cold exposure to the affected knee and apply Mahanarayan oil, gently warming it and massaging it onto the area daily to aid circulation.

For improving circulation, Gandharvahastadi Taila massage can help. Apply this oil daily before a warm shower, focusing on troubled areas. A potli (herbal pouch) massage with herbs like Dashamoola also enhances circulation. Engage in daily light exercises like walking or yoga also to stimulate blood flow, but avoid overexertion.

Address your bowel issues by including Trivrit and Triphala in your routine. Triphala churna, taken before bedtime with warm water, can support regular bowel movements. Diet-wise, focus on warm, cooked foods to balance Vata, and drink warm water throughout the day to improve digestion.

For a fatty liver, start with a teaspoon of Turmeric boiled in milk, consumed once daily. A diet rich in bitter vegetables like karela (bitter gourd) and leafy greens, with reduced intake of fried and processed foods, is significant.

Each of these suggestions should be further customized based on detailed consultation with an Ayurvedic practitioner to consider your specific prakriti and any potential interactions with treatments you’re already receiving for C.R.E.S.T. Syndrome. Remember, integrating modern medical treatments alongside Ayurvedic principles ensures comprehensive care and safety.
