I am really confused right now about how to use liv 52. Recently, I been feeling super tired and my digestion has been pretty awful, like bloating and sometimes gas. I went to my doctor, and even did some tests, but everything seemed normal. Then I heard about this liv 52 stuff from a friend who swore it helped her with some similar issues. I did a bit of research and it looks like it could help my liver as well since I do enjoy my occasional drinks! I bought a bottle the other day but I’m not sure what the proper dosage is?
