I am really confused and need some help here. I’ve just started looking into natural remedies and herbal drinks, and I stumbled upon this thing called kokum juice. Like, what is kokum juice exactly? I mean, I’ve been reading about it, and people say it's great for digestion and stuff, but I'm not sure how to incorporate it into my diet. Last week, I had this awful bloating after eating some heavy food, and a friend mentioned kokum juice as a solution. Sounds intriguing but also a bit strange? I saw online that kokum can help with acidity too—a problem I've been dealing with lately. The other day, I tried to find it in a local store, but all I could get was some weird sauce.
