The information you provided suggests potential kidney involvement, with burning urination indicating possible urinary tract irritation or infection. Consult a healthcare professional promptly for appropriate diagnosis and treatment, especially given your ultrasound results with left kidney. Meanwhile, Ayurveda offers insights that might help.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, imbalances in Pitta dosha may lead to symptoms like burning urination. Avoid foods that aggravate Pitta - like spicy and excessively sour or salty items, instead favor a diet that is cooling and calming for Pitta. Include more sweet, bitter, and astringent tastes; foods like cucumber, melon, and barley.

Consume plenty of water to stay hydrated, adding a pinch of jeera (cumin) in water can help. Additionally, herbs such as Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) and Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) may benefit renal health, though they should be used under guidance of Ayurvedic practitioner to determine appropriate dosages.

You can also try Chandanasava, an Ayurvedic formulation known for cooling and diuretic properties; it’s typically prescribed for burning urination but first consult your doctor for exact dosage and suitability.

In lifestyle, keep a regular routine for meals, sleeping, and activity - pitta benefits from stability. Meditation or cooling pranayama like Sheetali or Sheetkari may help soothe stress and promote balance.

Ensure to avoid alcohol, caffeine, and hot climates as these may aggravate symptoms. For immediate symptoms like radiating pain or fever, seek medical care without delay. This guidance should be complementary, aiding but not replacing professional medical treatment which is crucial.
