Given your recent kidney stone experience and laboratory results, your query regarding the safety of daily Mosambi juice consumption is very pertinent. Mosambi, or sweet lime juice, is generally hydrating and can support renal function by promoting urine formation which helps to prevent stone recurrence. It’s low in potassium compared to some other citrus fruits, making it generally safe within moderation for those with stones history or mild kidney concerns. Your creatinine and potassium levels are within normal ranges, which suggest your kidney is functioning reasonably well at this time.

However, while Mosambi juice is beneficial in aiding digestion and hydration, some caution is still needed. Since Potassium can accumulate if kidney function decreases, always stay attentive to any symptoms such as muscle weakness, fatigue, or irregular heartbeats. Make sure to limit other high-potassium foods, particularly if your kidney function declines.

Ensure that the juice is fresh and unadulterated, avoiding sugar additives that can detract from its natural benefits or cause unwanted spikes in glucose if taken in excess. Drink Mosambi juice preferably in the morning on an empty stomach for optimal impact on Agni (digestive fire). This can help sustain your metabolism and mantain a balance.

If you experience any unusual symptoms or if your regular tests show altered kidney function indicators, consulting with a healthcare provider immediately is essential. They can provide a more comprehensive evaluation and adapt or adjust your dietary intake safely. Always keep in mind that stays hydrated throughout the day and balancing your diet with other low-potassium fruits and vegetables is key for ongoing kidney health.
