Body Fit tablets ke madhya se jo log apni sehat mein sudhar lana chahte hain unke liye jaanna avashyak hai ki kaise inka sahi upayog karein. Ayurveda mein har vyakti ka apna ek prakriti (constitution) hota hai, isliye aasanik dishadein sab par lagu nahi hoti. Parantu yadi in general, use ki baat karein to ye tablets aam tor par khana khane ke baad, paani ke saath lena chahiyein.

Aamtaur par, inhe din mein do baar, subah aur sham, ek ya do tablet ke roop mein lena musical hai. Yah matra aapke sharir, age, aur kisi specific condition par bhi depend karti hai.
