I am really trying to figure out how to take dabur shilajit gold properly. About a month ago, I started feeling super fatigued and just out of energy all the time. My friend mentioned dabur shilajit gold, saying it’s great for boosting energy and overall vitality. Honestly, I’m all in for anything that might help me feel more energized! I got a bottle but now I’m a little unsure about the instructions. Like, do I take it with water or milk? I heard some people mix it in with warm milk, but others say just plain water works. Also, how much should I be taking daily? The bottle doesn't really say it clearly and I don't want to overdo it. My friend said to start small, but small means what? A drop, a spoon, or what? Ugh, I wish there was a simple guide! And I read somewhere that taking it before meals is better? Is that true? I mean, I just want to make sure I’m getting the maximum benefits from it. Any tips on how to take dabur shilajit gold, like timing and dosage, would be awesome! I’m kinda anxious to get this right. Thanks!
