I am really curious about Ernakulam. My family and I just got back from a trip there, and we loved it! But we feel like we missed out on a lot of the local culture and history. I mean, we saw some temples and beautiful backwaters, but I keep hearing people talk about the food and the markets, like, what is Ernakulam famous for when it comes to food? We tried some seafood, which was excellent, but I feel like there’s so much more we didn’t get to taste. Also, we visited the Jewish Synagogue, and it was impressive! But what else is there?
