Your situation points towards a potential imbalance in the doshas, particularly Pitta and Kapha. From an Ayurvedic standpoint, addressing your condition involves focusing on dietary adjustments, lifestyle changes, and herbal supports to reduce the fatty deposits and improve liver health.

Begin by adopting a Pitta-pacifying diet predominantly. This means emphasizing cooling, light, and easy-to-digest foods. Incorporate more vegetables like cucumbers, bitter gourds, and leafy greens. Avoid heavy, oily, fried foods, and alcohol as these aggravate the liver and worsen your symptoms.

For an ayurvedic practice, you can consume a tablespoon of aloe vera juice or amla juice daily on an empty stomach as it supports liver health and aids in digestion. It’s also recommended to sip on warm water with lemon first thing in the morning which can gently detoxify and improve digestion.

Herbal formulations like Triphala can help alleviate your constipation by promoting efficient bowel movements. Take half a teaspoon with warm water at bedtime. Meanwhile, Kutki (Picrorhiza kurroa) is known for detoxifying and protecting the liver; you can take 500mg once daily. However, always consult your Ayurvedic practitioner before starting anything new.

Pay attention to your daily routine — avoid heavy meals late at night and strive for consistent meal timing to stabilize digestive fire, or Agni. Incorporate routine light exercises, such as walking or yoga, for about 30 minutes every day.

Remember, while supplements like milk thistle can be beneficial, they are more effective when paired with these holistic lifestyle and dietary changes. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical interventtion promptly as it’s crucial to have a comprehensive view of your health.
