I am really confused about how to take liv 52 ds, like I've been told it's super good for liver health, especially since I've been feeling kinda off lately. A few weeks ago, I started noticing this weird heaviness in my stomach and some bloating after meals, plus I’ve had this odd loss of appetite, which isn’t like me at all. I went to get some tests done, and the doctor mentioned my liver enzymes are slightly elevated. They suggested trying liv 52 ds, but I just don't know how to take liv 52 ds properly! Should I take it with food or on an empty stomach? And are there any specific times of the day that are best? My friend said something about doubling the dose when you really need it, but that makes me nervous. I read somewhere that it can be really helpful if you’re dealing with medication side effects too, like I'm on a couple of meds that can be harsh on the liver. I want to be sure I'm taking it right.
