I am planning a trip to this beautiful place Kodaikanal and I live in Delhi. I’m really not sure how to reach kodaikanal from delhi, how to make it smooth and not too stressful you know? Like, I’ve done some research and thought about taking a flight to Madurai and then maybe a taxi or bus? But I'm not clear on the distance or if that’s the best route. Also, are there trains that go from Delhi to Kodaikanal? I heard the train journey could be nice and scenic or something, but I couldn’t find detailed info. This whole travel plan feels a bit overwhelming, honestly. I did see some forums talk about travel packages which might cover how to reach kodaikanal from delhi but I'm a lil skeptical if it’s worth it. It feels like they could be super touristy, and I just wanna have an authentic experience without burning a hole in my pocket. Anyone with tips or personal experiences on what works best?
