I am really confused about how to consume shilajit resin. A couple of weeks ago, my friend recommended it for my low energy levels, and honestly, I wanted to give it a try. I've read some things online, but there’s just too much varying info. Do I take it directly from the jar or mix it with something? I've seen people melting it in warm water or milk, but does that even matter? The other day, I tried a tiny piece straight off the chunk, but it was super bitter and kinda tough to swallow. I didn’t feel any difference right away, which got me thinking maybe I did it wrong. Most of the articles say that you should start with a small amount – like, what does “small” even mean? Like, a pea-size? Or smaller? Also, can I keep it in my fridge? I find myself forgetting to take it if it’s not visible on the counter. Plus, what’s the best time of day to take it for energy? Morning feels good but then I worry it’ll mess up my sleep later. Did I mention I really want to make sure I’m using it properly?
