The results you’ve shared from your blood test need a careful look with your symptoms. It sounds like there might be some mild anemia involved, given your MCV (Mean Corpuscular Volume) and MCH (Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin) values are slightly lower than usual. These could lead to reduced oxygen carrying capacity of blood, potentially contributing to breathlessness and chest tightness you’re experiencing.

Your eosinophils count at 6.8 is higher than the typical range and may suggest an allergic response or some parasitic infections. Basophil counts look within normal range so they’re likely not of concern here. The Vitamin B12 level is good, so no deficiency there to cause anemia.

Given these symptoms, Ayurveda would suggest checking if there’s any imbalance in the doshas, particularly Vata, which when imbalanced, can contribute to breathing issues and chest discomfort. Supporting your Rasa and Rakta dhatus is essential. There’s a potential role for mild Pitta imbalance too considering it’s association with blood and heat reactions.

You might begin by looking into your diet to support your overall Rasa and Rakta by incorporating foods rich in iron, such as whole grains, leafy greens, jaggery, and soaked nuts and seeds. Avoid cold, raw, or dry foods which can increase Vata. Focus on warm, well-cooked meals to stimulate Agni.

Try implementing pranayama, specifically Nadi Shodhana, to help with breathing and settle any Vata imbalance. Make sure to practice in a calm, consistent manner, ideally in the morning.

Given the chest discomfort and breathlessness, it’s essential you see a healthcare provider to rule out any serious conditions. While these Ayurvedic suggestions can potentially offer balance and relief, do contact a physician for immediate concerns.
