Considering your complex set of symptoms, it’s clear that a multi-pronged approach is necessary. The root of many of your issues is likely tied to the imbalances in Vata and Pitta doshas and your Mandagni (weak digestive fire).

Basti, particularly Anuvasana Basti (oil-based) and Niruha Basti (decoction-based), can indeed be beneficial in pacifying Vata dosha, which appears predominant in your case. Anuvasana basti, done with a medicated oil like Balashwagandhadi Taila, might help nourish and stabilize the Vata. Niruha basti with a decoction like Dashamoola can be tailored to address deeper seated imbalances. These need to be done under the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner to ensure their suitability and effectiveness for your specific condition.

For improving your Agni, you should adopt dietary changes that are gentle yet effective. Start with easily digestible foods like well-cooked rice and moong dal khichdi, seasoned with a little ginger and cumin, which enhance digestion without aggravating Pitta. Avoid cold, raw, and heavy foods which may dampen the Agni.

Due to your liver issues, opt for a diet low in fats and emphasize fresh, organic vegetables which are cooked and lightly spiced. Ayurvedic herbs like Bhumyamalaki and Punarnava can support liver function, but again, these should be used in coordination with your Ayurvedic doctor.

About the iron metabolism imbalance, it’s crucial to manage this carefully. Ayurvedic formulations like Lohasava may help, but given that iron supplements exacerbate your symptoms, it’s vital that dosage and form are adjusted explicitly under medical supervision to avoid further complications.

Lastly, management of stress, regular sleep patterns, and gentle yoga can help balance Vata and support overall well-being. Remember, consistent lifestyle coordination with these treatments can be key over just medicines. Regular follow-ups with your Ayurvedic practitioner for customization of your treatment is vital.

For your condition, it seems there’s indeed a predominant imbalance in Vata alongside symptoms suggesting a disturbed Pitta. Basti can be beneficial especially in chronic Vata disorders like yours. Since you’ve experienced adverse effects with Dipana (digestive stimulants) due to high Pitta, it’s important to approach this with care. Begin with Basti therapy, but ensured it’s appropriately tailored.

Consider commencing with Anuvasana Basti (oil-based enema) which can help in nourishing and balancing Vata without aggravating Pitta. Castor oil or sesame oil can be used but should be prepared by a skilled practitioner who can determine the right amount and frequency based on your individual needs. After a couple of treatments, Niruha Basti (decoction enema) might be included, involving herbs like Dashamoola and Bala which work to stabilize Vata without provoking Pitta further.

For Mand Agni and liver function, opt for gentle Aam Pachana and mild liver Rasayana formulations. You might try Arogyavardhini Vati in small doses, but have your doctor monitor liver enzymes closely. Optimize dietary habits to pacify both. Include adequate healthy fats like ghee and meals rich in whole grains like red rice, as they provide strength without taxing the liver.

Ensure regularity in daily routines—eating, waking, and sleeping at the same time aids in stabilizing Vata. Avoid known Pitta aggravators: spicy, sour, and fermented foods. Practice gentle Pranayama to reduce stress and avoid stimulants such as coffee.

Lastly, due to the complexity of your condition, staying under close guidance of an experienced Ayurveda practitioner for ongoing evaluation and adjustment is crucial. If vertigo or joint pains significantly worsen, immediate non-ayurvedic medical advice may be advised.
