Tanav rahit jeewan toh bohat hai, lekin bar-bar bathroom jana chinta ka karan ho sakta hai. Ayurveda ke nazariye se dekhein toh yeh apni prakriti aur dosha ko samjhne se suvdha mile gi. Bar-bar bathroom jane ki samasya pitt dosha ke vikar ke karan ho sakti hai, jo jaldi se shariir se paani aur dosh nikalne ka kaam karta hai. Kya aapny koi nye food item add kiye hain diet mein ya fluid intake zyada badha diya hai? Yeh sab puchna important hai kyunki yeh bhi is issue ka part ho sakta hai.

Pachak agni (digestive fire) ko samajhna yahan jaroori hai. Aapke digestive fire ko santulit karne ki koshish ki ja sakti hai taki aapka sharir fluids ko achi tarah se sambhal sake. Rye toh, zyada tikhha, khatta ya bahut jyada junk khana avoid kijiye, yeh pitt dosha ko aur aktiv kar sakta hai.

Din mein ek chammach dhaniya aur jeera (dono ko thoda sa roast karlo agar apko digestive acha chahiye) pani ke saath le; isse pitt ko santulit rakhne mein madad milegi. Agar bar-bar urine ki problem vikaar ban jaye, toh ek vaidy se sampark karein. Unka proper diagnosis karna zaroori hai jisse root cause ka pata chal sake.

Stress se mukti toh apne app mein upeykshit hai but bathroom problem stress se samandhit nahi hota. Meditation aur pranayama se tanav ko kam kar sakte hain, lekin bathroom visits roganiyati samasya ka sanket de, tvam sanshodhan ke vastuk hai.

Sabse pehle, yeh decided kijiye ki apne paani pee ke roop mein kitni matra grahan karte hain aur kya aap kuch masalein (spices) ya padarth jo mutra vahan ko obhaar lete hain, jaise chai, coffee ya alcohol, inka atiparigraha to nahi kar rahe.

Aap apne aahar mein kuch tarike apna sakte hain jo is santiap hal mein upyogi honge. Jise ki, dhania aur jeera ko pani mein ubal kar chhan kar uska sevan karna, jo vayu aur pitta ko santulit kar sakta hai aur mutra vahan ko aram de sakta hai. Isse mutra nali mein sakriyata ki sthiti kam hogi.

Din ke ant mein thoda ghunghuna doodh haldi ke saath bhi faydemand ho sakta hai, kyuki yeh shitalikaran aur sujansheeldata mein sahayak hai. Meditate karna ya pranayama ka niyamita abhyas bhi tanav kam karne mein madadgar ho sakta hai, agar tanav bhi ek karan hai.
