Doctors' responses

CKD Stage 3, fatty liver, and digestive challenges like constipation and burping require a holistic approach. Use Punarnavarishta with caution, as it primarily supports kidney health and may not directly address all issues. Firstly, consider your dosha imbalance. Vata could be predominant due to constipation and renal concerns. Eating a Vata-pacifying diet, including warm, moist, lightly spiced foods, can improve digestion.

For fatty liver, limit alcohol, fried foods and excessive sugar. Include turmeric and ginger in your meals. These spices, rich in anti-inflammatory properties, support liver function. Regular consumption of triphala might aid digestion and bowel regularity. Take it in the evening with lukewarm water; it’s gentle yet effective.

Hydrate adequately but avoid overconsumption of fluids, respecting kidney workload. Lukewarm water with a squeeze of fresh lemon can be beneficial. Detoxification should be approached cautiously; engaging with your Ayurvedic physician for panchakarma might offer individualized herbal treatment.

Yoga asanas like Ardha Matsyendrasana and Sethu Bandhasana can be practiced regularly to improve digestion and support kidney function. Pranayama, particularly Anulom Vilom, helps enhance oxygen flow and manages stress.

Monitor your symptoms closely; regular checkups are crucial. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any herbal remedies or lifestyle changes to ensure they don’t interfere with existing treatments or conditions. Ayurveda is indeed beneficial, but aligning it with modern therapies guarantees comprehensive care for CKD stage 3 and associated concerns.

Aapke jinke kidney aur liver ke sthiti mein punarnavarishta ek achha samarthan ho sakta hai lekin sirf isi par rehte vishwas nahi karna chahiye kyonki aapka vicharafyoga bahut mahatvapurn hai. CKD stage 3 aur fatty liver grade 1 ke liye kuch siddha-Ayurvedic sujhav hain jo aapki sthiti mein sahayak ho sakte hain.

Pehle, aap diet par dhyaan de. Kam protein aur kam sodium wala aahar lein. Din bhar pani ka avashyak matra mein priyog karen, lekin doctor se samarthan lekar, taaki kidney function par koi anukool prabhav ho.

Apani agni (digestive fire) ko balvat banane ke liye hingvastak churna thoda sa kha pehle khana se pehle le sakte hain, chetna chahiye ki largeneries to kuch vyaktiyon me hoti hai to pehle check karein.

Fatty liver ke liye, haldi (turmeric) aur adrak (ginger) ke ras ko rozana lein. Dainik vyayam aur yog abhyaas bhi liver ko santulit karne mein sahayak honge, especially pranayama jaise kapalbhati.

Burf aur constipation ke liye, triphala churna raat me sone se pehle thoda sa le sakte hain agar gas ya acidity na ho.

Lekhin, jin bhi prakar ke uttejanak ya bada ulcers aur ghar me nusch ne ho to pehle apne valad doctor se jarur sampark karein, khaaskar agar kidney ki sthiti gambhir ho rahi ho. Usme vishesh chikitsa ki jarurat ho sakti hai, aur der kahi honi nahi chahiye. Apni kidney aur liver ki sthiti anusar upchar mein tarvadhikh kya ho sakta hai iske liye aise kisi Ayurvedic specialist ke jimmedar samarthan mein jayein.
