Kanchanar Guggulu is traditionally used in Ayurveda for treating conditions like fibroadenomas. It is believed to help balance the kapha dosha and reduce the growth of abnormal tissues. Cruelplus, although less commonly referenced in classical texts, is often used in modern Ayurvedic practice for similar purposes. However, it is important to note that Ayurvedic treatments can take time for results to be noticeable, especially with fibroadenomas measuring 7 cm.
It may be beneficial to support this treatment with a diet and lifestyle that closely aligns with your prakriti (constitution) and helps in balancing the doshas involved, likely kapha and vata in this case. Incorporating warm, light, and easily digestible foods can help maintain a strong agni (digestive fire), which is critical in Ayurvedic healing. Avoiding cold, heavy, and oily foods may assist in reducing kapha accumulation.
Engaging in regular exercise, like brisk walking or yoga, can support a balanced lifestyle. Practices like pranayama could also be useful in enhancing circulation and energy flow.
Be conscious of stress management as well, through meditation or mindfulness practice, given its potential impact on hormonal and immune functions.
Please ensure this regimen is tailored specifically to your condition by consulting with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. While Ayurveda may offer support, continued medical monitoring is essential. If the condition worsens or there are any changes in symptoms, it’s important to seek conventional medical advice to ensure your safety and well-being.
Ayurveda can often complement, but should not completely replace, routine medical oversight in managing significant health concerns like fibroadenomas. Be sure to communicate closely with both your Ayurvedic and allopathic doctors to ensure alignment in your treatment approach.
When dealing with breast fibroadenoma, combining Siddha-Ayurvedic principles with the right modern medical guidance can be very beneficial. Kanchanar Guggulu is often used for supporting healthy glandular tissue and helping manage cysts or growths by balancing the kapha and vata doshas. It is considered a tried remedy to address tissue imbalances. However, its effectiveness may vary depending on individual prakriti and dosha imbalance, so it’s crucial to ensure these remedies align with your specific constitution.
Punarvasu Karma or Rasayana therapy might be explored to bolster lymphatic circulation and support tissue health. Incorporate herbs like Ashwagandha or Turmeric for their anti-inflammatory properties, which could contribute to managing your condition. Additionally, managing your agni is critical. Ensure your diet aids digestion and avoids increasing Kapha. Warm, cooked meals with spices like ginger, black pepper, and cumin can be very useful.
Consistent nadi pariksha (pulse diagnosis) would enable a precise understanding of how the body’s energies flow, identifying subtle imbalances in the doshas. Working with a skilled practitioner in this tradition is key to dynamically adjust your protocol as needed.
Remember, non-surgical approaches might need more time to show effects and do not guarantee non-recurrence, as every individual heals unique. Monitor any changes in the fibroadenoma. Regular imaging and follow-ups with your healthcare provider will ensure your approach remains safe and effective. This reflects the holistic nature of Siddha-Ayurveda – healing is a journey, not a guaranteed outcome. Prioritize your well-being with blended, careful and informed actions.
