Based on the symptoms you’re experiencing – urethral itching, discharge, and delayed periods – it’s important to address these separately, but consider they may be connected.

For the urethral issue, indicated by your urine report with pus cells, this could suggest an infection like a urinary tract infection (UTI). It’s essential first to consult a modern healthcare professional for accurate diagnosis and treatment, especially if you’re experiencing any fever or severe discomfort, since an infection might need antibiotics or other interventions urgently.

In terms of Ayurvedic recommendations for support: increase your fluid intake, particularly warm water to help cleanse the urinary system. Including herbal teas like coriander seed tea can soothe the urinary tract – just boil a teaspoon of coriander seeds in two cups water, reduce it to half, and drink twice a day.

For your delayed periods, Ayurveda often attributes this to vata imbalance. Consider incorporating warm, cooked foods like stews that are easy to digest. Using fennel seeds, which can be chewed or boiled into tea, may help regulate menstrual cycles. Ashwagandha, a trusted adaptogen, might also benefit by relieving stress, which can affect cycles – though start with a small dosage under supervision to gauge your body’s response.

Avoid processed foods, excessive caffeine, and cold drinks as they can aggravate vata dosha. Stay physically active with gentle exercises like yoga and ensure adequate rest.

If symptoms persist or intensity increases, professional medical evaluation is necessary to rule out or address underlying conditions. Also, never replace or delay visiting an allopathic doctor if needed, especially if symptoms indicate a more severe health issue.
