Il tuo insieme di sintomi potrebbe suggerire uno squilibrio nei dosha, in particolare Vata e Pitta. Il rumore all’orecchio e la sensazione di prurito intenso possono spesso essere legati a un aumento di Vata, che controlla il movimento e il sistema nervoso. L’emicrania e il borbottio della pancia potrebbero essere collegati a un disturbo di Pitta, che coinvolge la digestione e il metabolismo. Lo squilibrio di Vata può anche contribuire a stanchezza cronica e difficoltà digestive.

Per gestire questi sintomi, ecco alcune raccomandazioni ayurvediche che potresti considerare:

1. Dieta bilanciante Vata-Pitta: Segui una dieta che pacifica Vata e Pitta. Evita cibi piccanti, acidi e troppo secchi. Opta per cibi cucinati e caldi, come zuppe e stufati di verdure dolci e radicate, come zucca e carote. Usa spezie come cumino, finocchio e coriandolo, che aiutano la digestione.

2. Routine quotidiana: Cerca di mantenere una routine quotidiana regolare, andando a letto e svegliandoti presto. Praticare yoga dolce e pranayama, tipo la respirazione alternata, può aiutare a calmare Vata.

3. Olio-medicated dell’orecchio: Per il rumore nell’orecchio, potresti considerare l’applicazione di olio d’a sesamo leggermente caldo con aglio. Consulta comunque un medico ayurvedico per una corretta preparazione e dosaggio.

4. Rimedi per la digestione: Bevi acqua calda, zenzero e miele durante il giorno per migliorare Agni, il fuoco digestivo. Evitare caffeina e alcol.

5. Varici: Eleva gambe ogni volta che è possibile e fai massaggi delicati con olio di calamo per migliorare la circolazione. Indossare calze elastiche può alleviare la sintomatologia.

6. Emicrania: Raffredda la testa, applicando pasta di sandalo sulla fronte. Tieni una routine stabile per i pasti e i sonno.
