18 saal ki umr mein height ko thoda aur badhana mumkin hai, kyonki ladke aur ladkiyon dono ke liye height growth phase ab tak chalega. Ayurveda mein kuch cheezein hain jo aapki height growth mein madad kar sakti hain, aur inhein daily routine mein shamil karna asan hai.

Sabse pehle prakriti ke hesaab se apne diet ka dhyan rakhein. Vata prakriti ke logon ko unhe garm aur namratiwati khana lena chahiye. Pitt-prakriti ke logon ko sheetal, madhuropya aur accha-pachak khana benefit karega. Kaph-prakriti wale halka khana jo agni ko tezi de aur sharir me usne vilamb na paida kare.

Aap apne diet mein calcium aur protein ki matra ko badhaye. Iske liye dudh, paneer, baadam aur soybeans ko rozana le sakte hai. Yeh poshak tatvon ke sahare aap apni haddiyo ko majboot kar sakte hain.

Din charaya mein thoda vyayam bhi shamil karen, jaise ki stretcing aur yogasanas. Vrikshasana aur Tadasana aise hi kuch asanas hain jo haddiyon ko kheenchne mein madad karte hain. Yaha tak ki skipping rope exercise bhi faydemand ho sakti hain.

Kuch Ayurvedic churnas jaise ki Ashwagandha aur Shatavari bhi labdayak ho sakte hain. Raat me garam doodh ke sath Ashwagandha le, yeh growth hormones ko stimulate karta hai.

Acha aur puri nind (7-8 ghante) lena bhi zaroori hai, kyunki sone ke dauran growth hormones sabse zyada active rahte hain.

Stress se door rehna bhi utni hi ahmiyat rakhta hai kyunki yeh growth hormones ko prabhavit kar sakta hai.
