Abana will help for cholesterol, it’s a good medicine for heart. For Diabetes you need other medicines , will have to show yours reports for FBS, PPBS, HBA1C. For your sore body hurting joints I can recommend Mahavatvidhvansh vati 1-0-1 after food with water Giloy ghanvati 1-0-1 after food with water Rasnasapthakam kashaya 15ml twice daily after food with water Yograj guggul 1-0-1 after food with water Do massage with mahanarayan oil on affected area twice. Avoid sour food. Do pranayam lom -vilom bhastrika bhamri 5-10mins twice daily.
