How can I manage heavy periods and increase my hemoglobin at home? - #46284

I am a CML patient and take imatinib as medicine.I have heavy periods and it get my HB low.so how to stop it and how can I increase my HB quickly at home?.As the doctor says my bone marrowdoes not produce enough red blood cells.
