Triphala is classical formulation and Rumalaya fort is patent formulation. For Digestive issues you may take Sy Gason 15ml twice after meal Or Sy Zymnet Plus 15ml twice after meal For joints pain you may take Tab Rumalaya fort 2-0-2 For 1 week thereafter 1-0-1
