How to manage my kidney infection and associated pain? - #46440

I have kidney infection pyelonephritis and I have but bangshil and fortege how will I take it. Sometimes I feel back pain and pain after urinate I have take sensitive antibiotics but the symptoms is not yetcleared I need your help sir
