A 22 yr male pt c/o of a continuous pain in scrotal area since 2 years . All investigation reports ( incl. pelvic scan & doppler for varicosity) hv normal values & shows no abnormalities. No pain or burning sensation on micturation .Has taken chandraprabha vati + punarnava ksm x 15 days. Intensity of pain has reduced but on & of mild pain persists . What could be further treatment for this pt ...what could be the dx. Kindly guide me
