So for the last few weeks, I’ve been having this weird discomfort in my testes. It’s not exactly sharp pain, but more like a dull ache that comes and goes. Sometimes it’s just a slight heaviness, but other times it feels like a pulling sensation, especially when I sit for too long. I thought maybe I injured myself while working out, but I don’t remember anything specific that could have caused it. I went to a doctor, and they did an ultrasound to check for anything serious like a hernia or testicular torsion, but everything came back normal. They told me it could be something like mild varicocele or just muscular tension, and they didn’t really give me any treatment apart from saying to take painkillers if it gets worse. But I don’t want to just ignore this. I started reading about Ayurveda and how it looks at body imbalances differently. Could there be some kind of Vata or Pitta issue causing this discomfort in my testes? I also feel like my energy levels have been lower than usual, and my digestion is a bit off—like some bloating and sluggishness. Could these things be connected?
