आपकी समस्या संभोग से पहले वीर्य निकल जाना (शीघ्रपतन) तथा लिंग का छोटा या कम मोटा महसूस होना है। आयुर्वेद के अनुसार यह समस्या प्रायः शुक्र धातु की कमजोरी, मानसिक तनाव, चिंता, अधिक उत्तेजना, अनियमित दिनचर्या तथा वात दोष की वृद्धि से जुड़ी हो सकती है। क्या करें? पौष्टिक एवं बलवर्धक आहार लें – दूध, घी, बादाम, अखरोट, खजूर, मखाना आदि का नियमित सेवन करें। प्रतिदिन योग एवं प्राणायाम करें – विशेष रूप से अनुलोम-विलोम, भ्रामरी तथा अश्विनी मुद्रा लाभकारी हैं। पर्याप्त नींद लें और तनाव कम रखें, क्योंकि मानसिक तनाव शीघ्रपतन का प्रमुख कारण हो सकता है। धूम्रपान, शराब तथा अत्यधिक हस्तमैथुन की आदत से बचें। लिंग के आकार के बारे में आयुर्वेद में शरीर की प्राकृतिक संरचना को महत्व दिया जाता है। अधिकांश पुरुषों में सामान्य आकार का लिंग सफल और संतोषजनक दांपत्य जीवन के लिए पर्याप्त होता है। बाजार में मिलने वाले आकार बढ़ाने के दावों पर भरोसा न करें। अश्वगंधा, कौंच बीज, शतावरी, सफेद मुसली आदि युक्त वाजीकरण चिकित्सा का लाभ लिया जा सकता है। सही उपचार, संतुलित आहार, नियमित व्यायाम और आत्मविश्वास से शीघ्रपतन में सुधार संभव है तथा वैवाहिक जीवन अधिक सुखद बन सकता है।

Ek Ayurvedic doctor ke roop mein, main aapko poori tarah se aashwast karna chahta hoon ki jo samasyaen aapne batayi hain—sex se pehle virya nikalna (Premature Ejaculation / Shighrapatan) aur ling ke size ko lekar chinta—ye bohot hi aam hain aur inka Ayurveda mein bohot hi prabhavi (effective) ilaj aur samadhan hai ••Sex se Pehle Virya Nikalna (Shighrapatan / Premature Ejaculation) Ayurveda mein isko “Shukragata Vata” ya “Vajikarana Dosha” ke roop mein dekha jata hai. Jab sharir mein Vata Dosha (vayu) badh jata hai aur man chanchal ya tanaav-mukta nahi hota, toh virya jaldi nikal jata hai. Ayurvedic Upchar aur Aushadhi (Medicines): Vajikarana Churna / Ashwagandha Churna: 1 chammach Ashwagandha churna ko raat ko sone se pehle garm doodh ke sath lein. Yeh nerve nervous system ko shant karta hai aur timing badhata hai. Shilajit: Shuddh Shilajit (liquid ya resin form mein) chane ke daane ke barabar garm doodh mein milakar subah lene se sharir ko taqat milti hai aur stamina badhta hai. Yavan Amrit Vati / Chandraprabha Vati: Inka sevan virya ko gaadha karne aur uske jald nikalne ki samasya ko door karne mein madad karta hai. Gharelu Upay aur Lifestyle: Kegelexercises (Ashwini Mudra): Yeh sabse behtareen tarika hai. Apne urine (peshab) ko rokne wali muscles ko 5 second ke liye sikodein (contract karein) aur phir dheela chhodein. Aisa din mein 20-30 baar karein. Isse ling ki muscles majboot hoti hain aur timing par aapka control banta hai. Squeeze Technique: Sex ke dauran jab aapko lage ki virya nikalne wala hai, toh turant ruk jayein aur ling ke samne wale hisse (glans) ko thoda sa dabayein (squeeze karein) jab tak ki sensation kam na ho jaye. 2. Ling ka Size Chota aur Kam Mota Hona (Size Concerns) Sabse pehle ek bada Scientific aur Medical Sach jaan lijiye: Ek normal adult ka ling uttejana (erection) ke baad agar 3 se 5 inch tak hai, toh woh bilkul normal hai. Sex mein santushti (satisfaction) ke liye ling ke size se zyada Kadhapan (Hardness/Erection Quality) aur Stamina mayne rakhta hai. Kisi bhi medicine ya cream se ling ki lambai ko raaton-raat 2-3 inch nahi badhaya ja sakta, lekin uski muscles ko majboot karke uski motai aur kadhapan ko behtar kiya ja sakta hai. Ayurvedic Tel se Malish (Massage Therapy): Ling ki naso mein khoon ka daura (blood circulation) badhane ke liye malish sabse asardari hai: Shri Gopal Taila ya Ashwagandha-Bala Taila: Is tel ki 4-5 boondein lekar ling ke neeche ke hisse aur aage ki topi (glans) ko chhodkar, peeche se aage ki taraf halke hathon se malish karein. Fayda: Isse ling ki nasen khulti hain, blood flow badhta hai, jisse uttejana ke samay ling poori tarah mota aur kadak mehsoos hota hai. 3. Aram se Sex Kaise Karein? (Tips for Comfortable Sex) Agar aapko lagta hai ki size kam hai ya timing kam hai, toh in tariko se aap bina kisi pareshani ke behtareen sex kar sakte hain: Foreplay par dhyan dein: Sex ka matlab sirf penetration nahi hota. Apne partner ke sath kiss, hug, aur touch (foreplay) mein zyada samay bitayein. Isse partner pehle hi santusht ho jata hai aur aap par se timing ka pressure khatam ho jata hai. Sahi Position ka istemal karein: Woman on Top (jahan partner aapke upar ho) ya Side-by-Side (Spoon position) ka istemal karein. In positions mein virya jaldi nahi nikalta aur size chota hone par bhi deep penetration hota hai. Mansik Tanaav (Performance Anxiety) chhodein: Sex karte samay yeh mat sochein ki “kya hoga” ya “jaldi nikal jayega.” Man ko shant rakhein. Diet Plan Apne khane mein Ghee, Doodh, Badam, Akhrot, aur Dates (Khajoor) shamil karein. Yeh virya ko gaadha karte hain. Khatti, zyada mirch-masaledar aur fast food se parhez karein, kyunki yeh shareer mein Pitta aur Vata badhate hain jisse shighrapatan hota hai.
