Aapke symptoms — ling me dheelapan/sunnpan, naso ki kamzori ka ehsaas, sex ke time erection sustain na hona, jaldi discharge, ghabrahat, kamar dard aur gas — Ayurveda ke hisab se adhikatar Vata vriddhi, mansik tanav, sharirik kamzori aur pachan dushti se jude ho sakte hain. आपकी स्थिति को पूरी तरह ठीक करने के लिए नीचे एक संपूर्ण आयुर्वेदिक और व्यावहारिक चिकित्सा योजना दी जा रही है: ​1. मानसिक स्थिति और घबराहट के लिए (Mental Well-being) ​लिंग का ढीलापन और सुन्नपन शारीरिक से ज्यादा मानसिक तनाव (Performance Anxiety) के कारण है। जब तक मन शांत नहीं होगा, वात का शमन नहीं होगा। ••​सारस्वतारिष्ट (Saraswatarishta): 20 ml दवा बराबर मात्रा में गुनगुने पानी के साथ सुबह और रात को भोजन के बाद लें। यह याददाश्त, घबराहट और मानसिक भ्रम को दूर करेगी। ••​मानस मित्र वटक (Manasamitra Vatakam): 1 गोली रात को सोने से पहले हल्के गर्म दूध के साथ लें। यह एंग्जायटी और मानसिक थकान को नियंत्रित करने की सर्वोत्तम औषधि है। ​2. शारीरिक व यौन कमजोरी और वात शमन (Physical & Sexual Recovery) ​गैस, कमर दर्द और नसों की कमजोरी (सुन्नपन) को दूर करने के लिए दीपन-पाचन और वात-शामक चिकित्सा की आवश्यकता है। ••​अश्वगंधा चूर्ण + शतावरी चूर्ण: दोनों को बराबर मात्रा में मिला लें। 3 से 5 ग्राम चूर्ण सुबह और शाम को मिश्री मिले हुए गुनगुने दूध के साथ लें। यह नसों की कमजोरी, कमर दर्द और ढीलेपन को दूर कर बल प्रदान करेगा। ••​लशुन कल्प या वैश्वानर चूर्ण: पेट की गैस और कमर दर्द के लिए भोजन के शुरुआती ग्रास (पहले कौर) के साथ 2 ग्राम वैश्वानर चूर्ण या भोजन के बाद लशुनादि वटी (2 गोली) गुनगुने पानी से लें। गैस ठीक होने से अपान वायु का मार्ग सही होगा। ​3. स्थानीय चिकित्सा (Local Application) ​लिंग की नसों में रक्त प्रवाह (Blood Circulation) को सुचारू करने और सुन्नपन दूर करने के लिए: ••​श्रीगोपाल तेल (Shri Gopal Taila) या महानारायण तेल: इस तेल की 4-5 बूंदें लेकर लिंग के अग्रभाग (Supra) और नीचे के हिस्से को छोड़कर, हल्के हाथों से ऊपर और आगे की तरफ मालिश (Massage) करें। ••​नोट: मालिश बेहद हल्के हाथों से होनी चाहिए, जिससे उत्तेजना या वीर्य स्खलन न हो। यह नसों की कमजोरी और सुन्नपन को दूर करेगा। ​4. आहार-विहार और जीवनशैली (Lifestyle Changes) ••​संसर्जन और वात-नाशक आहार: इस समय हल्का, सुपाच्य और ताजा भोजन लें। भोजन में घी का प्रयोग जरूर करें। ठंडी चीजें, बासी भोजन, मैदा, फास्ट फूड और अत्यधिक चाय/कॉफी से बचें (यह गैस और घबराहट दोनों बढ़ाते हैं)। ••​ब्रह्मचर्य (Temporary Abstinence): कुछ समय (कम से कम 3-4 सप्ताह) के लिए संभोग (Sex) और हस्तमैथुन से पूरी तरह दूरी बना लें। शरीर और नसों को रिकवर होने के लिए समय देना बेहद जरूरी है। एक बार में स्खलन के बाद दोबारा इच्छा न होना इस समय शरीर की ऊर्जा की कमी को दर्शाता है, जो आराम से ठीक हो जाएगा। ••​प्राणायाम: घबराहट और “कहाँ हूँ, क्या कर रहा हूँ” वाली मानसिक स्थिति के लिए रोज सुबह 15 मिनट अनुलोम-विलोम और 5 बार भ्रामरी प्राणायाम शांत स्थान पर बैठकर जरूर करें। यह तुरंत मस्तिष्क को शांत करेगा।
