The good news is that having small breasts is usually completely normal and does not indicate any health problem. However, if your breast size is genetically small, there is unfortunately no scientifically proven natural method that can dramatically increase cup size without hormonal treatment or surgery. Ayurveda may help improve overall breast tissue nourishment, firmness, and appearance in selected individuals, but expectations should remain realistic.
