I am 34 yrs old and facing problem premature ejaculation, hypersensitivity and ED since last 2-3 years. No specific health issue no medication I have used ashwagandha gokhru n safed musli etc powder as asked by one Dr. Bt no improvement. I got ejaculation in seconds and after one time... can't ableto get erection for second time. Plz give me permanent solution..

For 2–3 years of ED and premature ejaculation, an in-person evaluation is important because causes can include stress, performance anxiety, hormonal issues, poor sleep, diabetes, thyroid disorders, or vascular problems. Take Ashwagandha Churna 5 g with warm milk at bedtime. Kapikacchu Churna 3 g twice daily after food. Chandraprabha Vati 2 tablets twice daily after food. Shilajit (purified) 250–500 mg twice daily after food. Lifestyle: Regular exercise, 7–8 hours sleep. Avoid smoking, excess alcohol, and pornography. Practice pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises daily.

मुख्य आयुर्वेदिक औषधियां (Ayurvedic Medicines) आयुर्वेद में ऐसी जड़ी-बूटियाँ हैं जो वीर्य को गाढ़ा करती हैं, वात को शांत करती हैं और तंत्रिका तंत्र (Nervous System) को शक्ति देती हैं: अश्वगंधा (Ashwagandha) और शतावरी (Shatavari): मानसिक तनाव को कम करने और शारीरिक क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए यह सबसे उत्तम है। आधा-आधा चम्मच अश्वगंधा और शतावरी चूर्ण गुनगुने दूध के साथ सुबह-शाम लें। कौंच बीज चूर्ण (Kapikachhu): यह टाइमिंग (Timing) को बढ़ाने और लिंग की नसों को मजबूत करने में बहुत कारगर है। शास्त्रीय योग (Classical Formulations): कामचूड़ामणि रस या मन्मथ रस: इनकी 1-1 गोली रात को सोते समय दूध के साथ ली जा सकती है (ये औषधियां वात दोष को नियंत्रित कर टाइमिंग सुधारती हैं)। वानरी गुटीका: यह शीघ्रपतन के लिए एक प्रसिद्ध आयुर्वेदिक दवा है। 2. आहार और जीवनशैली में बदलाव (Diet & Lifestyle) वात नाशक आहार: अपने भोजन में घी, दूध, बादाम और अखरोट जैसी पौष्टिक चीजों को शामिल करें। गर्म और ताजा भोजन करें। इन चीजों से बचें: अत्यधिक मिर्च-मसालेदार, खट्टा, तीखा, फास्ट फूड और कैफीन (चाय/कॉफी) का सेवन तुरंत कम कर दें, क्योंकि ये शरीर में ‘पित्त’ और ‘वात’ बढ़ाकर उत्तेजना को अनियंत्रित करते हैं। तनाव और चिंता: कई बार यह समस्या शारीरिक से ज्यादा मानसिक होती है (Performance Anxiety)। संभोग के समय “जल्दी निकल जाने का डर” ही उसे और जल्दी निकाल देता है। इसलिए मन को शांत रखें। 3. व्यावहारिक तकनीक (Behavioral Techniques) संभोग के दौरान इन दो तरीकों को अपनाएं, इससे टाइमिंग में तुरंत सुधार दिखेगा: स्टॉप-स्टार्ट तकनीक (Stop-Start Method): जब आपको लगे कि वीर्य निकलने वाला है, तो तुरंत लिंग को बाहर निकाल लें या हलचल पूरी तरह रोक दें। जब उत्तेजना थोड़ी कम हो जाए, तो दोबारा शुरू करें। स्क्वीज तकनीक (Squeeze Method): वीर्य निकलने के ठीक पहले, लिंग के आगे के हिस्से (Supani) को थोड़ा सा दबाएं। इससे निकलने की तीव्र इच्छा रुक जाती है।
