Sex timing aur virya vriddhi ke liye Ashwagandha Churna – 5 g raat ko doodh ke saath. Kapikacchu Churna – 3 g din mein 2 baar doodh ke saath. Shilajit Rasayana – 250–500 mg din mein 2 baar bhojan ke baad. Aahar Doodh, badam, khajoor, kaale til aur ghee ka santulit sevan karein. Smoking, alcohol aur adhik stress se bachain.
