Tack 250-500 mg of purified Shilajit resin with warm milk in the morning. ••​Musli Pak: A rich compound formulation specifically indicated for improving Dhatu strength. Take 1 teaspoon at bedtime with milk. ••​Vanishodhan / Vati Options: Formulations like Chandraprabha Vati (if there is any underlying urinary path sluggishness) or classical herbo-mineral combinations like Manmath Ras or Kamachudamani Rasa are excellent for enhancing local blood flow, but require exact dosing based on your Prakriti. ​2.
