58 वर्ष की आयु में 4 वर्षों से लगातार Erectile Dysfunction (लिंग में पर्याप्त उत्तेजना या कठोरता न बनना) की समस्या होना आयुर्वेद में मुख्यतः शुक्रक्षय, वात प्रकोप, धातु क्षीणता तथा वृद्धावस्था जनित कमजोरी से संबंधित माना जाता है। साथ ही उच्च रक्तचाप (High BP), थकान और रक्तसंचार की कमी भी इस समस्या को बढ़ा सकती है। आयुर्वेदिक उपचार 1. अश्वगंधा चूर्ण/कैप्सूल 500 mg–1 ग्राम दिन में 2 बार दूध के साथ। बल, ऊर्जा, तनाव नियंत्रण और यौन शक्ति बढ़ाने में सहायक। 2. कौंच बीज चूर्ण 3–5 ग्राम सुबह-शाम गुनगुने दूध के साथ। शुक्र धातु पोषण एवं स्तंभन शक्ति में लाभकारी। 3. शिलाजीत (शुद्ध) 250–500 mg दिन में 1–2 बार। कमजोरी, थकान और यौन दुर्बलता में उपयोगी। 4. सफेद मुसली 3–5 ग्राम प्रतिदिन दूध के साथ। पुरुष शक्ति और सहनशक्ति बढ़ाने में सहायक। 5. वंग भस्म या यौन स्वास्थ्य हेतु उपयुक्त रसायन योग आहार एवं जीवनशैली दूध, घी, बादाम, अखरोट, खजूर, मखाना और तिल का नियमित सेवन करें। पर्याप्त नींद (7–8 घंटे) लें। प्रतिदिन 30–40 मिनट तेज चाल से चलें। धूम्रपान, शराब, अत्यधिक तला-भुना भोजन और अधिक तनाव से बचें। योग में भुजंगासन, सेतुबंधासन, वज्रासन तथा अनुलोम-विलोम लाभदायक हैं।

Is wajah se Erectile Dysfunction (jise Ayurveda mein Klaibya ya Dwajabhanga kehte hain) ki samasya hona aam hai ••Mukhya Ayurvedic Aushadhiyan (Herbo-Mineral Formulations) Yeh davayein naso ki kamzori ko door karne aur rakt sanchar ko badhane mein madad karti hain: ••Vajikaran Rasayan / Kamachudamani Rasa: 1-1 goli subah aur shaam ko khana khane ke baad gungune doodh se lein. (Yeh aushadhi vaajikaran guno se bharpoor hai). ••Ashwagandha Churna ya Capsules: Ashwagandha ek behtareen Balya (strength-giving) aur Vata-shamak jhadibooti hai. 1 chammach churna ya 1 capsule raat ko sote samay gungune milk ke sath lein. ••Shilajit Rasayan Vati ya Shuddha Shilajit: Agar aapko diabetes ya high blood pressure nahi hai, toh Shuddha Shilajit (chane ke daane ke barabar) ya 1 Shilajit capsule subah gungune doodh ya pani ke sath lein. Yeh stamina aur local blood flow ko behtar karta hai. ••Musli Pak ya Vanari Gutika: 1 chammach Musli Pak subah aur shaam ko doodh ke sath lene se dravya ki kami door hoti hai aur sharir ko bal milta hai. 2. Sthanik Chikitsa (External Application for Nerves) Naso ki shithilta (laxity) ko door karne ke liye local massage behad zaroori hai: ••Shri Gopal Taila ya Ashwagandha Bala Lakshadi Taila: Is tel ki 4 se 5 boondein lekar shishn (organ) ke supari wale bhaag (glans) ko chhodkar, peeche ke hisse par halke haath se neeche se upar ki taraf massage karein. ••Dhyan dein: Massage bilkul halke haath se honi chahiye, naso par dabaav nahi aana chahiye. Isse wahan ka rakt sanchar active hota hai. 3. Pathya-Apathya (Diet & Lifestyle Rules) Ayurveda mein dava tabhi asar karti hai jab parhez sahi ho: ••Kya Khayein (Pathya): •Aapke aahaar mein gunguna aur taaza khana hona chahiye. •Doodh, ghee, badam, akhrot, aur khajur (dates) ka sevan rojana karein. •Urad ki daal aur kismis ko aahaar mein shamil karein, yeh Shukra dhatu ko badhate hain. ••Kisse Parhez Karein (Apathya): •Zyada khatti, teekhi, masaledar, aur dry (rookhi) cheezein na khayein, kyunki yeh Vata dosha ko badhati hain. •Chinta (stress), depression aur darr se door rahein. Erectile dysfunction mein 50% role mansik chinta ka hota hai. •Tension free rehne ke liye rojana 15-20 minute Anulom-Vilom Pranayam aur Meditation karein.
