Agar kabhi erection banta hi nahi ya subah ki erection bhi kam ho gayi ho to doctor checkup zaruri hota hai. ----1. Ashwagandha Churna – 1 chamach doodh ke saath raat ko 2. Kaunch Beej Churna – 1/2 chamach subah-shaam doodh ke saath 3. Shilajit Rasayan Vati – 1 tablet subah-shaam bhojan ke baad 4. Safed Musli Pak – 1 chamach raat ko doodh ke saath —Dincharya 7–8 ghante ki neend Porn aur excessive masturbation bandh karein Roz halka exercise aur pranayama Doodh, khajoor, badam, makhana, ghee ka sevan badhayein Smoking/alcohol ho to kam ya bandh karein —Jaldi discharge control ke liye Deep breathing aur mind relaxation helpful hai Start-stop technique aur pelvic floor exercise (Kegel exercise) faydemand hoti hai —Agar problem 3–6 mahine se zyada hai, ya diabetes/thyroid/stress zyada hai, to semen analysis aur hormone/sugar test are mendatory

Aap kisi acche Ayurvedic medical store se niche likhi dawaiyan le sakte hain: ••​Ashwagandha Churna aur Shatavari Churna: Dono ko barabar maatra mein mila kar rakh lein. 1 chammach subah aur 1 chammach raat ko khana khane ke baad gungune doodh ke saath lein. (Yeh mansik tanaav ko kam karta hai aur stamina badhata hai). ••​Shilajitwadi Vati ya Shuddha Shilajit: 1-1 goli subah aur raat ko doodh ke saath lein, ya agar liquid/resin form mein hai to chane ke daane ke barabar doodh mein ghol kar lein. (Yeh nason ko takat deta hai aur tight-ness lane mein madad karta hai). ••​Musli Pak ya Yauvanamrit Vati: Kisi acche brand (jaise Baidyanath, Patanjali, ya Zandu) ka lekar nirdeshit matra mein sevan karein. ​2. Sthanik Chikitsa (Local Massage) ​Nason mein rakt sanchar (blood circulation) badhane aur dhilapan door karne ke liye ling ki massage zaroori hai: ••​Shri Gopal Taila ya Ashwagandha Taila ki 4-5 boondein lekar ling ke supaari (top) aur nichle hisse ko chhodkar, sirf shaft (beech ka hissa) par halke haath se aage ki taraf massage karein. ••​Dhyan rahe: Massage halke haath se karein aur iske turant baad hastamaithun (masturbation) se bachein. ​3. Khan-Pan aur Parhej (Diet & Lifestyle) ​Kya Khayein: Apni diet mein doodh, ghee, badam, akhrot, kismis, aur khajoor shamil karein.
