I want ayurvedic medicine for Premature ejaculation. Suffering from this problem for many years I tried many medicines but couldn't recover my age is 43years pls help me to get recovered from this problem timeing issue on bed due to this problem not more than 3mins . The following medicines target both the nervous system and reproductive strength: 1.​Chandraprabha Vati: ​Purpose: Balances Apana Vayu, strengthens the urogenital tract, and helps reduce the hypersensitivity that leads to early discharge. ​Dosage: 2 tablets twice a day with warm milk or water after meals. 2.​Ashwagandha Tablets / Ghana Vati (e.g., Baidyanath or Himalaya): ​Purpose: A powerful adaptogen that calms the central nervous system, lowers performance anxiety, and balances Vata. ​Dosage: 1 to 2 tablets twice a day with warm milk. 3.​Confido Tablet (Himalaya): ​Purpose: A widely used, non-hormonal formulation specifically indicated for premature ejaculation.
