Aap bilkul pareshan mat hoiye. Ek Ayurvedic doctor ke naate main aapko poori tarah aashwast karna chahta hu ki ye samasya bilkul thik ho sakti hai. Ayurvedic Aushadhiyan (Herbal Remedies) ​Aapke nervous system ko taqat dene aur Sukra Dhatu ko sthir karne ke liye ye aushadhiyan behad faydemand hain: ​Ashwagandha Churna: 1 chammach subah aur shaam gungune doodh ke sath lein. Ye nerves ko taqat dega aur stress kam karega. ​Chandraprabha Vati: 2-2 goli subah aur shaam khana khane ke baad gungune paani ya doodh se lein. Ye urinary aur reproductive system ki weakness ko door karti hai. ​Triphala Churna: 1 chammach raat ko sote samay gungune paani se lein. Ayurveda mein mana jata hai ki kabz (constipation) nightfall ki sabse badi wajah hai, kyunki bhari pet prostate gland par pressure dalta hai. ​2. Aahar (Dietary Changes) ​Kya Khayein: Taaza paka hua khana, doodh, badam (bhige hue), kismis, makhane, aur hari sabjiyan. ​Kya Na Khayein: Raat ke samay teekha, masaledar, tala-bhuna (fried), aur fast food bilkul band kar dein. Raat ko khana halka aur sote samay doodh bilkul garam nahi, balki thoda thanda ya gunguna karke piyein. ​3. Vihar (Lifestyle & Night Routine) - Sabse Important ​Nightfall ko rokne mein aapka sleeping pattern sabse bada role play karta hai: ​Sone se pehle haath-paer dhona: Raat ko sone se thik pehle apne dono paer aur haath thande paani se achhi tarah dhoein. Isse sharir ki garmi (Pitta) shant hoti hai. ​Bladder khaali karein: Sone jaane se pehle peshab (urine) zaroor karein, taaki bladder khali rahe. ​Sone ki position: Kabhi bhi pet ke bal (upside down) na soyein. Hamesha karwat lekar ya peeth ke bal soyein. ​Digital Detox: Sone se kam se kam 1 ghanta pehle phone, laptop bilkul door rakh dein. Kisi bhi tarah ka provocative content dekhne se bachein, kyunki ye subconscious mind mein chalta rehta hai aur nightfall trigger karta hai.
