Aap nimnlikhit aushadhiyon ka sevan shuru kar sakte hain: ​Ashwagandha Churna aur Shatavari Churna: ​Kaise lein: Dono ko barabar matra mein mila kar rakh lein. Is mishran ka 1 chammach (lagbhag 3-5 gram) subah aur shaam ko gungune doodh (warm milk) ke sath lein. ​Fayda: Ashwagandha tanaav ko door karta hai aur testosterone level badhata hai, jabki Shatavari sharir ko taqat deti hai. ​Vajikaran Gutika ya Musli Pak: ​Kaise lein: 1 se 2 chammach Musli Pak ya 1 tablets Vajikaran Gutika raat ko sote samay gungune doodh ke sath lein. ​Fayda: Yeh ling mein rakt sanchar (blood circulation) ko sudharata hai aur kadakpan (hardness) lata hai. ​Shilajit (Shuddha): ​Kaise lein: Raat ko doodh mein chone ke daane ke barabar (capsule formulation ho to 1 capsule) Shilajit mila kar lein. Yeh energy aur stamina badhane ke liye sabse uttam hai. ​2. Aahar (Diet) mein Badlav ​Aapka khan-pan aisa hona chahiye jo sharir mein Shukra Dhatu ko badhaye: ​Doodh aur Ghee: Apne bhojan mein desi ghee aur doodh ko niyamit roop se shamil karein. ​Dry Fruits: Roz subah 4-5 bheege hue badam, 2 akhrot, aur thodi si kishmish khayein. ​Kele aur Makhane: Kele aur doodh ka sevan karein. Makhane ko ghee mein roast karke khana bhi faydemand hai. ​Inse bachein: Jyada khatti, teekhi, mirch-masaledar aur fast food cheezon se parhez karein, kyunki yeh sharir mein pitta aur vata badhati hain jisse shukra dhatu ksheen hoti hai. ​3. Vihar (Lifestyle) aur Mansik Swasthya ​Aapne bataya ki aapka sab rokane (ya sex karne) ka man bhi nahi karta, yeh sanket hai ki aapke man mein utsah ki kami (low libido) hai, jo aksar tanaav ya thakan se hoti hai. ​Vajasan aur Kegel Exercises: Roz subah 10-15 minut Kegel exercise (pelvic floor muscles ko sikodna aur chhodna) karein. Isse ling ke aas-pass ka blood circulation majboot hota hai aur kadakpan wapas aata hai. ​Pranayama: Tanaav aur anxiety ko door karne ke liye 10 minut Anulom-Vilom aur Bhramari Pranayama jaroor karein.
