My penetrative sex time is very less,it's less than 1 minutes, my age is 30years. I am facing this problem daily. Further i also feels lethargic and in the morning feels weakness in my foot and also has some mood swing problem

This helps address the morning weakness in the feet and general lethargy by improving cellular metabolism and toning the genitourinary tract. ​2. Ahara (Dietary Adjustments) ​To pacify Vata and replenish Shukra Dhatu, your diet should shift toward Snigdha (unctuous), Guru (nourishing), and Madhura (sweet/building) attributes: ••​Include healthy fats like Gau Ghrita (A2 Cow’s Ghee) in your daily meals. Ghee directly nourishes the deeper tissues and calms Vata. ••​Consume soaked almonds, walnuts, and dates daily to combat morning lethargy and foot weakness. ••​Avoid excessively pungent (Katu), bitter (Tikta), dry (Ruksha), and stale foods, as well as over-consumption of caffeine, which further aggravates Vata and worsens mood swings. ​3. Vihara & Yoga (Lifestyle & Physical Therapy) ••​Abhyanga (Self-Massage): To specifically target the morning weakness in your feet and settle the erratic Vata responsible for both mood swings and quick ejaculation, practice daily Pada-Abhyanga (foot massage) using warm Ksheerabala Taila or Ashwagandha Taila before sleeping. ​Asanas & Bandhas: ••​Practice Mula Bandha (the root lock) daily under proper guidance. This directly strengthens the pelvic floor muscles, giving you better physiological control. ​Incorporate Vajrasana (after meals) and Ashwini Mudra (contraction and relaxation of the anal sphincter) to stabilize pelvic circulation.
