I was prescribed Flibanserin tablet a few weeks ago due to a persistent lack of sexual desire, and honestly, I feel really frustrated. I’ve always had a decent drive, but over the last year, it has completely disappeared. I don’t feel any urge, even in situations where I used to. My doctor said it could be hormonal, stress-related, or just part of aging, and suggested Flibanserin tablet to help, but I’m hesitant to take it. I read that Flibanserin tablet has side effects like dizziness, nausea, and fatigue. Plus, it’s something I’d need to take every day, and I don’t like relying on medication long-term. I prefer natural treatments when possible, and I’ve been wondering if Ayurveda has better, more holistic ways to help with this. I heard that libido issues can be linked to low Ojas or imbalanced Vata-Pitta. Could that be the reason why I feel this way? I do have a lot of stress and anxiety, which might be making things worse.
