I was circumcised as a baby, so I never really thought about it much until recently. But over the last few years, I’ve started noticing that my circumcised penis feels way more sensitive than it should at times, and then other times, it's like there's less sensation than I expect. It’s weird, like a mix of both extremes. Sometimes, after sex or even just from friction against clothes, the skin feels kinda raw, almost like it’s irritated. Other times, it just feels numb, like I can’t feel as much as I think I should. I read that having a circumcised penis can lead to changes in sensitivity because the foreskin isn’t there to protect the glans, and over time, the skin gets desensitized.
