I’d suggest incorporating some grounding practices. Begin with a daily self-abhyanga (oil massage) using warm sesame oil or even Ashwagandha Bala oil. Pour a bit of oil in your hands, rub them together, and gently massage your body, focusing on the limbs and torso. Do this in the morning before showering, letting it soak in for about 15 minutes.
